Mobility HD 4650 HUDGE request

I'm new to the forum so HELLO all!!

I have the following problem. I own the HP Dv6 1362 nr notebook with radeon mobility HD 4650 running on win 7 64-bit and i CANT install the new drivers, neither 10.8 nor 10.9. When i ht the modify button i modder i just runs through saying finished in 0 seconds and when i run the installer there are no drivers in components list. UAC is dissabled through the account manager and i've read plenty of tutorials and FAQS and i still cant get it towork.

So here comes my request... can any1 upload me the modded drivers or do i have to mod it on my PC? if so plz tell me what i'm doing wrong...
