Error : could not load file or assembly 'CCC.Implementation, Version=2.0.3713.40522

Hi Everyone,

I have recently bought a laptop HP Pavilion dv3 Notebook PC with intel i5, 4gb ram, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450.

Every time when logged to my laptop there is this error message:

"could not load file or assembly 'CCC.Implementation, Version=2.0.3713.40522, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Also when i try to hibernate or close the computer and later try to click on the screen, the screen will be dark but sound will be there. I need to forcefully close the computer which i guess it not advisable.

Now, I am regretting that why i bought this laptop. Is it the problem with the HP laptop or ATI. Looks like it is ATI problem to me.

I will be very grateful if somebody help me with this matter.
