Mobility HD4570 (after using Ati modder) problems

Hello there, I already use ATI modder that are provided by hardwareheaven.

yeah everything seems ok, I can open the CCC but the scaling option still disable as pic below :

My game still run in center resolution, means that I can see black area on both side

One extra question, u said that after modding must run SETUP.exe, did I run the exact setup.exe, I click the setup.exe that circle in pic below. (yeah its said its not certficate, then I click 'continue setup anyway')

I also found another setup.exe in Bin64 folder..but i didnt run this setup from Bin64 folder.

I already install the latest driver from ati web and mod it, but I can't open the CCC, then I uninstall it back..

I hope anyone can help me
