Mobility HD 5650 problem

Hi.

I have Sony Vaio computer which has Mobility HD 5650 and Win7.

How I can install never Catalyst's in?

I was going to post a link, but I think there is something wrong. According to the site the file is barely a MB in size. It doesn't feel right.

Also, do you have win7 64bit or 32bit?
