HD2600 and Flash acceleration

Bit of a long shot, this.

I've got a Mobility Radeon HD2600 that is adequate for decoding H.264 local content without any problems. Now, I know that Flash 10.1 includes hardware acceleration, but I've checked with AMD and they say:

ATI Radeon™ HD 4000, HD 5700 and HD 5800 series graphics
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4000 series graphics (and higher)
ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 integrated graphics (and higher)
ATI FirePro™ V3750, V5700, V7750, V8700 and V8750 graphics accelerators (and later)

Which is obviously not including the HD2600. My question is though as far as I'm aware, there isn't a technical reason why the card can't be used by Flash (although I may be wrong?), so is it possible to somehow activate the Flash acceleration, through a driver hack or similar?

As far as I know Flash uses DXVA2 to decode the HD stuff. The HD2XXX series only supports DXVA1.
