Please help me ATI Drivers needed

Hi...I have got a Sony Vaio laptop model number...VGN-A59GP.It's fitted with a ATI Mobility Radeon X600 Graphics card. It's got 2 gb RAM and it's OS is Windows 7 32bit.Unfortunately the latest drivers i got for it were from 2008.There is no support for this graphics card on the ATI site nor the Sony site when it comes to latest drivers. Please tell me what to do so as to upgrade my drivers to 2010/2011.I heard it can be done through the Mobility modder. Is that true? Please tell me where to download the latest drivers from for the Mobility x600 card,if it's possible.Or will i have to buy a new Graphics card altogether? Please help me...
Thank You
