BSOD on S3 Resume
Fresh build (MB replacement), I get a BSOD on the ATi driver on resume from S3.
Ideas?

Well, OK, all I had to do was post the question at HH and the computer gremlins resolved the problem.
Anyone ever had an S3 experience where timed standby behaves differently than forced (via keyboard button, for example)?

i never setup any of my machines to use standby besides that of laptops i setup...
I find that even with most modern machines..... people have a habit of screwing their systems up with standby .... or relying it on it far to much... easier on the machine to just shut them down or let the other power saving features of the machine to take over.. specially with windows vista/7.... standby doesn't really save you all that much more on say an intel i3 setup and/or with a ATI HD5xxx video card...
