AMD 11.4 Early Preview Drivers for Windows 7/Vista
AMD is providing an early preview of the upcoming 11.4 drivers with a new Catalyst Control Center layout.

I just installed this and do like the new layout of CCC quite a lot.

· Delivers performance enhancements for the AMD Radeon™ HD 6000 Series & Windows 7.
· Includes enhancements to the AMD Catalyst Control Center™
o New task based Display Management controls
§ Simplifies the configuration of displays and display settings
o New Eyefinity setup group
§ Setting up an Eyefinity group has never been easier
o New branding (based on system configuration)
§ AMD based platform – AMD VISION Engine Control Center
§ Discrete AMD GPU with Intel CPU – AMD Catalyst Control Center™
o AMD Catalyst update notification (found within the Information Center)
§ Please note this functionality is not yet enabled, but will be in a future AMD Catalyst release
§ This feature will be used to notify users that new AMD Catalyst software packages are available


· Fixed cases where Dragon Age 2 would hang in DirectX11 on ATI Radeon™ HD 5800 Series products.

Stuck. (BTW, these are the same drivers press were given to test the 6990s). Remember to use the latest CAP with them: http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloa...-profiles.aspx

I just wanted to add these drivers were refreshed on March 23rd.. They rock with the new F@H V7.1.21 1st Open beta client..

Also AMD APP v2.4 sdk (formerly Ati Stream) was released on April 6th

I know that combined with the 11.4 preview and the latest Profile (caps)..... Eyefinity mixed with triple card crossfire has made a huge improvement in numerous games.. including dragonage 2.... frame rate has basically doubled.. it's like crossfire is working 100%
