introduces weird windows graphical corruption..

doesn't fix crossfire using skyrim...

Does anyone notice that these drivers have issue waking up in sleep mode? Screen goes blank.

I haven't had any issues with this set at all. You may want to do a driver uninstall, also remove the GPU from Device Manager using the checkbox to remove the Windows Native drivers, reboot, and then install fresh.
