ATI Radeon 6630M and new drivers

I am trying to get the new drivers installed for this video card, as it is installed in a Dell and they don't seem to give a shit about their end users once they've made the sale. I'm hoping that one of the latest drivers deals with the lag issues in Starcraft 2. It's pretty retarded to have 100FPS and then if you build a unit or drop a hatchery, or engage a battle, it suddenly drops down to 10FPS for no apparent reason. I think it's a problem with Starcraft 2, because it's the only game that has this problem, but maybe ATI has patched in some way the shit programming of Blizzard. One can only hope.

Has anyone been able to get the modded desktop drivers to install? It doesn't seem to work.
