3 versions of VISTA tryed and all crash at the same place for me lol
I format my HDD,
to to install then after the first reboot, it continues to load and after about 4 minutes the screen goes black with a little blinking cursor in the top left hand side of my LCD screen then nothing happens...... does this to me with build 5308, 5348, and 5720 all at the same place. motherboard used : DFI LP NF4 SliDR tested with x64 aswell as x32 they all do the same crash lol so much for microshites programers. |

I would remove all add-in cards except video, disable ALL onboard controllers (including USB - use a PS2 mouse) and try again. . .then if you get it going, you can revive devices one by one.

I would try getting on the official vista testing newsgroups and seeing if others are having the same problems.
I had no problems getting the 5308 build installed. Which is the latest build available on MSDN. |
