Safedisk already in vista?

Seriously I installed vista bta 2 just before going to mml5 and on my second
hard drive i just added. Now i have "secdrv.sys" a version of safedisk! In my
vista install

I was seraching becouse it apears i have an old version on my XP install and i'
trying to fix an issue with BF2

none the less I was suprised to find the frsh vista install to have copy protection
software pre installed....
