nForce3 Internet Problem (5472)

In order to get my internet to work, I had to install the XP drivers for nForce3 ethernet running in XP SP2 compatability mode, then manually update with some Vista nForce drivers from the nVidia site.

However, I have a gear icon for "Network Bus Enumerator", and I get a BSOD whenever I try to have Vista search for hardware changes (no option to update drivers!).

Also, whenever I start the computer, it tries to install some other ethernet drivers (old?) and messes up the internet again, so each time I start my comp I have to manually install the beta nForce drivers.

Does anyone else have this problem or a solution for us nForce3'ers?
