Flash and Webcam on Vista
I have problems seeing embedded webcam on my site when using Firefox on Vista.
I have problems seeing FLASH on my website when using Internet explorer. I have downloaded JRE and doesn't help. I have searched everywhere for a fix to both problems. I would have thought flash would come automatically in IE7 on Vista, but it doesn't work. I have installed flash manually to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks |

in the screenshot below you can see the ATI banner is running and that is a flash object what version of vista are you using 32bit or 64bit and what build are you using? try uninstalling Flash (add\remove programs) and then reinstalling it but install it from the adobe website. Cube623.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can see the ATI logo. I just realised what it was. As you know Vista comes with a 32 bit and 64 bit version of IE7. I swithched from the 64 to the 32 bit because flash does not seem to work in the 64 bit. Sorta solves the problem. I would be interested to know if you can see flash in IE7 64 bit?
