RC1 boot problem(driver not digitally signed)
I got the si3114r.sys driver for my RAID, and when windows boots,I get the message that "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file" and get a stop 0xc0000428
RC1 5600. The nointegritychecks doesnt work and f8 doesnt pull up the menu to turn off the integrity check. its x64. any workarounds or a signed driver? |

I fixed that problem, but a new one came up
BCD does not show my XP. When I add it, and select it during booting, it just reboots the PC. Any ideas? |

You know, I have the same stupid problem with the sil3114 controller. Mine is onboard my ZNF3 250 from chaintech. How were you able to disable the driver signing. Or Rather, how did you fix your problem. I was looking around and found some info on how to use bcdedit but it says I cant open it cause it cant be found. Im using the command prompt found in recovery options running the install disc.
