BSOD w/ dxgkrnl

Hey guys, I am testing out RC1 and when I try the install I am getting a BSOD seems the problem is with dxgkrnl....so I have searched etc..but I have had no luck how to proceed any ideas? - I assume it has something to do with the DX subsystem but how would I fix it? I try to boot in safe mode and it says can't finish install in safe mode..so you see ho far I have actually got...any help would be great guys..
