Stock driver installation

Been having a few problems with drivers today, so I decided to go back to the stock drivers, with WDDM. Problem is, when I go to update and browse to the driver folder, I get this error;

I realise, that is for the secondary device, but it happens on the primary display too. Even if I copy the folder into another location, then divert the search to there it still happens. Does anyone have a solution so I can install them? Thanks

Download the ATI Vista drivers for RC1. They work well with Vista RC2....if you're using RC2 now.

Thanks for the reply

Currently using the RC1 drivers now; they don't work too well for me. Laggy windows and video playback. Score of 1.0 for both graphics and gaming graphics. Which brings me to another thing. I've also used both XP ATi drivers, and Omega drivers. Both of them work for me, it also scores me 1.9 on graphics, but no drivers detect the memory of my graphics card, thus giving me a rating of 1. My graphics card is a X800GTO AGP by the way. Seems no drivers will work for me correctly, so I was trying to use the Microsoft ones. Guess theres nothing for me to do but wait now.
