Vista @ 1440x900

I have a Sapphire x1600xt and a monitor with a 1440x900 resolution. I wasn't able to get the proper resolution even with the latest ATI RTM driver. When it lists all the adapter modes it stops at 1024x768. Was someone able to get this resolution ?

Yes it works for me. I have the ATI x850XT with the newest drivers posted on the ATI web site. My monitor is a 19in widescreen LCD. Are you sure the monitor is correctly identified?

The widescreen resolution of 1280x800 seemed fine in my laptop as well. Perhaps you need to install monitor drivers or have the ATi drivers unlock all resolution options?

I have a Ideapad Y710 and I have the Ati Radeon video and I get 1440x900 with the install of the Omega drivers with no conflicts at all..But I need a higher resolution than 1440x900 so if anyone knows a fix for this
all help is appreciated. I did try the Ati Catalyst drivers and checked the manufactures website and still had no luck!

You cannot use any resolution higher than 1440x900, that's your monitor's highest possible setting.
