Does this sound right to you guys?
Now a wee bit of an issue..... ill try to make it short... Ordered ultimate thru anytime upgrade, this will be an upgrade from my business edition....... used best buy as the retailer..... cost 139.00, i was charged..... did the upgrade via online button, it timed out..nothing happened..no key.... best buy says it went thru and in 3 days in the Digital locker at MS it will just magicaly show up in there and be able to get the key............. and upgrade...
Sound hoaky to me.... how will MS know its me...yeah i log in with my account..but that wasnt the email address i used on the best Buy order form....so how does that work..Anyone know? or am i going to have to call best buy and tell them there full of it and get a refund? Oh and they also claim there email system for receipts is slow..hence i only have an online receipt, not one sent via email... they claim that will come in a day or so..... with more information and supposedly a key...... Does this sound logical to you guys?

Come on guys..anyone see this as being legit here...IDEAS? Thoughts?
A bit of an update..... I just got done off the phone.... Didnt get a manager, but got someone supposedly higher up at Best buy....They say my purchase was done at the market place via there plecebo looking best buy site..but was actually the market place.... They still claim the same thing today as 2 days ago.... it will show up in the locker. They could not however give me the answer as to how....... When i read the situation prior to this, right after the order, there is a point hwere you press the upgrade button.... in this the market place says... " After purchasing the upgrade, you're instructed to download software that prepares your computer for the upgrade. The software takes a few minutes to download. " the above hapens when a "upgrade button shows" which was clicked on, but the internet timed out...... Now im just guessing here, but that piece of "preparing software" may be how they know who i am....yet it never downloaded...... this they say doesnt matter..... yet i wonder still..... This not knowing, and my money gone from my account is killing me...... Im ready to throw a fit of massive proportions here real soon. anyone feel this is legit here...... Has anyone dealt with this Digital Locker thing?

Your business eddition CD KEY most likely is what it will go by..
The ultimate upgrade SHOULD i beleive if i understand the system correctly (still figureing it out) be stuck with your business eddition CD Key you wanted to upgrade from. Until the download and cd key are received. Guess you'll have to wait and see, and if nothing falls through, get your money back. Cause i think you'll have to reactivate with the ultimate upgrade, and if no activation occured.. then you didn't get it.
