Vista: Program cannot leave message on desktop

This is the screen I get, maybe I translated it incorrectly

Took it from the Dutch one I got:

"Een programma kan geen bericht op het bureaublad weergeven"

But when I click in the taskbar on it, it appears, but disappears very quickly, no time to have a look to it

A solution?

Look at the programs you are running. AVG used to do this to me before the last program update.

You may be running an app that has had a very recent update to take care of this problem. You may also find out some more information if you check the event viewer.

Well I run AVG free (ddin't have problems in the past)

I don't know any other program that's easy in use
