Will there be ATI Omegadriver for Vista? urgent...

Hi,
I am from Germany, so please excuse my english

I have a big problem. I need an Omegadriver with smartgart, to change the agp speed. If my system runs on agp 8x my pc crashs after some time. With smartgart my system works on agp 4x without crashs, on XP. I dont know any other program, doing this...
In my AMI Bios I cannot change it...

I have ATI 9800Pro!

So will there be any ATI driver from Omega to get vista working?
