whats the difference??

i bought a copy of windows vista ultimate and i was wondering whats the diferrence between windows vista upgrade and windows vista oem,i know that with the oem version the license is tied to the motherboard and the upgrade version u need to have a preinstalled os before u install it but is it also tied to the motherboard will i be to upgrade my motherboard in the future ??

System Specs

in upgrade you need pre-installed OS and OEM is for system builders, so you need to buy some stuff to get it and OEM if only for the one configuration so if the system changes too much then it wont work anymore.

In Europe you can rebuild your system how often you like it do to.
Only changing HD or Motherboard requires to call the microsoft hotline. 10 reactivations are guaranteed.

Not on OEM if I read the EULA right... And I think that the number isn't free...
