Help on Graphics ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 on Vista

i made a clean installation of Windows Vista ultimate from my Laptop Acer Aspire 5560 Series which already Windows Vista Capable. Also installed drivers provided by the manufacturer.

my problem is, my graphics driver was crushing when i watch DVD movie or when sleeping mode to wake up mode. my graphics is ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with the version of 8.31.100.32 installed.

is there any upgrade or fix the bugs on my graphics
