Disabling Vista's "Low memory" warning
I have 2 gigabytes of RAM, and some games push my system to about 80% of load. What happens? Vista pops up a dialog that force-minimizes my game, and if I don't acknowledge it, it CLOSES IT without my permission. Is there any way to disable this crap? It's not like it's 90% or 95%. I still have plenty of memory left over. But Vista won't leave well enough alone. The games play beautifully, so it's not like I'm actually running out, but those dialogs are annoying as heck.

I haven't encountered that message myself but if you have set the paging file to a low setting or turned it off, try resetting it to "system managed size" or a large fixed value.
