Vista and the Outlook 2003 junk mail filter

hope someone can help basically i have a lot of my mail being forwarded to the Junk mail folder even though i have the default set to "No automatic filtering" but still mails from Tescos , amazon , Play.com etc (companies i mark as safe) all go straight to the Junk folder

anyone have any idea how to stop this happening
