Computer Problems.....Need Help
I'll try and keep this short and too the point. I was browsing online tonight when my internet quit on me then a minute or two later my computer crashed. I'm unable to get into windows. I get as far as the MS screen with the bars moving across the screen and no farther. I can boot into Safe Mode and can't seem to find anything wrong except in the Device Manager under Network Adapters where I found a bunch of listings for something called Wan Miniport. I can't delete them. What is especially puzzling to me is that I use separate hard drives for Vista and XP Pro and have the same listings in both OS. I have Vista and XP Pro on different hard drives and swap them out as needed. I'm having the same problems with both. I have no clue as to what to do except reinstalling the operating systems. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I figured out my problem. The D-Link Wireless network adapter that I was using went bad and was causing the system crash. Once I unplugged the the USB plug for the adapter from my computer I was able to boot back into Windows.
