Donator
Windows Vista Ultimate: Stuttering Backgrounds in Games.

My system spec is in sig, im useing latest Nvidia drivers : 163.67

The only thing in my system that i have upgraded was cpu, E6600 @2.7 to Quad Core E6600.
the cpu cant be the problem though...

the problem is in Bioshock with vsync enabled i get frames dips all over the place but never ever under 40fps, but the stuttering is annoying its like glitchy stuttering, now with vsync off the game runs perfect no glitchy stuttering or frames dips at all most of the time my frames are in the 70-100+

now here is another game Medal Of Honor Airborne, when i jump out of the plane there is a lot of stuttering when im about to land with things loading in the background and i dont know why i should have plenty enough memory
even when im running about in that game the backgrounds are stuttering....

i dont know what is causeing these abnormalitys...

anyone experiancing the same glitching-stuttering effects.
