basically if i visit a website ( i will use here as an example) and click the view all unread posts link i will get taken to a page with the list of unread posts if i then scroll halfway down the list and click a link that intrests me it takes me to that thread but once i have finished reading if i click the back arrow to go back to the list of unread threads it always takes me back to the top of the list so i then have to scroll down again to where i was read another thread click backspace and once again i am back at the top of the page very frustrating if there are over a 100 threads this is somthing i havnt seen before ..... anyone have any ideas ? and please dont say "use Firefox its so much better etc i like IE" ![]() Thanks |

I was having that same problem, but it was mouse related.
It happened with my MX Revolution, and it was happening with my MX 620 that I'm using as a temporary mouse as the Revolution had to be RMAed. I'm using SETPOINT along with UberOptions, and if I use the default "Web Forward" and "Web back" buttons that is exactly what happened to me. If I clicked on the arrow buttons at the top left then it worked right. Only happened it I used the mouse buttons. I found that if I assigned them to "ALT+ <---" (left arrow) and "ALT+ --->" (right arrow) that it works properly.

Since you are using setpoint, you really need to install UberOptions too.
It really lets you use the Logitech meeses like Logitech SHOULD have done. It 'unlocks' access to buttons on my MX Revolution that setpoint doesn't let me get to. Also, it allows you to make a 'profile' for any application that you want, and will automatically use that profile when you switch to that application. I have it installed in all of my systems (see specs at bottom), and it worls great! uberOptions Wiki | Main / uberOptions It's freeware, but he does accept donations. I sent him $10.00 just because it's so useful.
