Wilier is on a distinguished road

New accounts appeared?

Turned my machine on the other day to ind that somehow, 5 new user accounts have been created on my system, all named Internet User.
I deleted the accounts, restarted the machine and blow me, there they are again.

Have I been hacked, cought a virus or am I just stoopid?

System Specs
