Problem with my DVD in Vista

Hello everybody,
I'm new with vista and I am having problem with my DVD.
When I click on the DVD i get this massage:
"Application not found"
but on right click on it and chose to open there is no problem with exploring it.
please any one can help.

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

What kind of DVD we are talking about here? A movie DVD or game DVD?

Hi

any kind of DVD or CD.
And I don't think the problem in the DVD drive coz i can see the content of the DVD.

System Specs

Sounds like some thing is messed the Vistas AutoPlay feature. Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\AutoPlay and click Reset all defaults to see if that fixes the problem.

i tried that and there is no problem in the AutoPlay.
