Right Clicking Issue w/ Foreign Files?
So I occasionally download streams of Korean WoW and StarCraft tournament finals and they end up having foreign file names and once in a while a raw (no subtitle, no dubbing) anime episode.
The problem arises if I ever try to right click them. The right click context menu thing in Windows takes an exceptionally long time to load and occasionally crashes Windows Explorer when I do it. I googled the issue and the most common recommendation was to download a program called ShellExView and one by one disabling context menu items until the problem goes away to determine which context menu script was causing the problem and going from there. I figured maybe i'd just change the filename and for some files this will work but for others it won't. In addition, not all files with foreign file names causes this problem. I even changed my system locale to the language in question when downloading the files but no dice. Problem is, I ended up disabling all of them and the problem is still there. Any ideas?
