turn windows (3D) in Windows vista

how can i turn the windows in 3D-Mode in Windows Vista ???

like:

look at the build number in that screenshot

it is showing build 4074.....thats not the Vista Beta 1 build.

so in order to make it work you have to have build 4074

This was a feature in the 4074 build; it doesn't exist in the Beta. Don't know whether they plan to reinstate it in the future.

It was actually a pretty impressive feature; that's what happened when you Alt-Tabbed between programs
