Stupid Question about Windows Vista/DirectX 10

Stupid Question: SInce that Windows Vista is suppose to have DirectX 10, did the beta come with the DirectX 10? If anyone try to leak out the DirectX 10 out of the Windows Vista software or anything?

the Vista Beta came with DirectX 9.0c.
