Basic Vista Questions!

Hey guys, I'm currently downloading the 5270 build of Vista, was wondering:
Is this the most current build?
Will i be able to install xp drivers? (printer, video card, sound card... etc..)
Would I be able to install on my hard drive which has xp on it, without losing any of my current files? (i.e. keep everything the same except the OS?)
Any problems with vista i should particularly worry about?

I would appreciate any input you have on the subject whether hearsay or witnessed!

it is the latest build released at the time yes. as far as the drivers i incerted my application and driver cd that came with my pc and it worked. the only thing that didnt was my wireless driver. so i would imagine all urs would work as well. and yea u can install it with xp. i did a dual boot with xp home. u just need to partition ur hard drive. the only issues i had with it was the glass effect wouldnt work but there is a registry tweak for that. if by chance u have this problem this is what u need to edit in the reg.
