looking for a program that can tell me how much ive downloaded

if any1 could help out im looking for a small program that runs in the background that'll tell me how much ive downloaded within a month as my isp is 20gb per month so i want to know when im almost up to the limit.
so basically i can reset it every month and start again to tell me how much ive downloaded.
