Internet Explorer troubles...
Not sure exactly what happened, but suddenly IE isn't loading links that open in a new window (target="_blank" ones). I click them, and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Have you installed anything new recently?
Have you experienced this with a just couple websites, many/all, have you tried writing your own html file and testing that? What happens if you shift-click, or right-click>OpenInNewWindow it? Geez I dunno . . . ![]() Maybe someone knows what this is right away . . . . PS: "woot", 1st person to reply to our resident porno-nicknamed-radio-host

Have you made any changes to your system settings recently? This began happening to me after I mucked around (apparently too much) in the Internet Settings control panel
I ended up moving to Opera and then Mozilla, so I never ended up figuring how to fix it... ;(

Make sure you've not got an overactive pop-up blocker, you could also try safemode with networking to check if it's a program other than IE causing the problem. and as Vampy mentioned write your own html file and give that a go.

The fact that I can't uninstall IE, even to reinstall it a few seconds later, pisses me off to no end. Stupid MSN integrating all their software into Windows.
I've tried Mozilla. Its good, but from what I've heard doesn't have the functionality and compatibility of IE. *sigh* I'll probably just end up formatting and installing Windows... again.
