This is annoying me to no end right now.
I installed the Windows XP FAX program since I do use the FAX occasionally. However, once I've started it I CANNOT End Process from the Windows Task Manager. If I try it simply relocates itself somewhere in the list of Processes. The ONLY way I've succeeded to END it is to reboot the computer. That's kind of lame and very annoying. (I don't have it set up to Start when I start up the computer.) Any ideas? I've already looked through the Microsoft Knowledge Base for an answer. Dyre Straits |

Try shutting down the calling program - normally Outlook or Outlook express
