Notification Wnd For PNSetupMgr

Please help

When I shut down my system I get the above saying the above process can not be closed
So I have hit the end now button to turn off the machine

Does anyone have any ideas and what is PNSetup Mgr?

You've been infected with PopNot.exe from everything I've researched so far.

Best I can offer is to Google for some help re: this infection.
