Remote access?

hi,.. I'd like to access my PC remotely over the internet.

also is there anyway of setting some kind of user name and password with it so only I can access my PC remotely with out allowing everyone else on the internet access too?

Would I also be able to view my web cam?

Just use tightvnc. If you have a router set a static ip on the pc you want to access and forward port 3389 to that ip.
