Where can i get the fix for Win98se with more 512MB of ram? is there such thing??

I didn't know you had to have a fix for 98SE if you had 512mb of ram. At least I didn't.


Can you be more detailed on what problems you are having if any?

i saw a post when i was surfing on how to get 98 to recognise ram over 512 carn't remember where i saw it try a google search for ti

well.............

the problem is that when i had 1024DDR ram installed , my geforce4's 128MB would dropped to 64MB , i think this is a windows issue , is there any how that i can fix it, i've no problem running on XP, but i prefer 98se. can anyone help??

Windows 98 cannot address more than 512MB of memory anyway.

You should upgrade to an NT-based OS, such as Windows XP.

Go to WinXP. Much better for games too, and in some cases faster. A LOT more STABLE
