Ext2ifs
Just found a any utility for Windows NT class systems that allows it to read ext2 and ext3 filesystems as used in Linux based OS's.
It's a god-send for those who dual boot between the two and can't be arsed with using FAT partitions for sharing data. Works like a treat on my laptop running XP  http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/ext2ifs.htm

Awesome. I knew there were some of these out there, nice to see one that works well in practice.

There's some others, but nothing that slots in natively into the OS. Installing under XP is a pain, but hopefully he can get it resolved for the next release
