Windows XP + Chinese

Hi, was wondering if anyone knew how I can change the entire Windows XP into Simplified Chinese? What I mean by this is so that all the menus and messages appear in chinese. I am aware that I can get XP installs in Chinese but just wanted to know if it's possible without.

The answer is two fold. Yes you can technically do it, but you probably can't LEGALLY do it.

Microsoft calls this MUI (Multilingual User Interface), but as far as I'm aware, they only offer this to corporate customers.
