Intel Enhanced Intel SpeedStep driver

I seek an Intel Enhanced Intel SpeedStep (EIST) driver for a computer running
Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4 with an Intel Pentium M processor (Banias), B1 stepping. The most recent version of the driver is preferred (I am not sure what that is, though I believe it would be either V3.1 or V3.2 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpeedStep )).

The Enhanced Intel SpeedStep driver is not available (or no longer available) from the Intel Corporation website.

Where may the driver be acquired?

I have found the Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology driver (Thanks IBM).

I am still uncertain as to whether version 3.2 is compatible with the Pentium M (Banias).
