Wndows xp taskbar ?
I am not technical using windows xp I have a question when using the taskbar I need to show or see many programs running in the taskbar but when I have 10 programs like firefox an others it disappears an arrows come up can I get rid of arrows an have more then 10 programs runnings ?

i have sent you a PM, on this issue, only suggestion i can think of is widening the taskbar.

kris23 thanks I had computer xp installed before I got 14 programs to run in the taskbar can I switch windows style to defult

so before you got 14 programs to run and then what happens? in order to have more programs to be seen in your taskbar, simply widen it.
i apologize if this isnt your issue but if it is, widening the taskbar will allow you to have better access to your programs.

ok, in windows XP, right-click the taskbar and un-check the "Lock the Taskbar" option
then left-click and hold the top edge of the taskbar and slide upward to widen thats it! i hope that helps....

ok, do you know how to make windows bigger and smaller by clicking the edge and you adjust the size?
the same idea is used here, you actually widen the taskbar like you would a program window.... i do hope i was clear enough... thanks for being so patient

kris23 I do not know how to make windows bigger and smaller by clicking the edge and you adjust the size?

I have the same question ask in another way if I change to windows classic style will it change the appearance or will it work like windows classic style?

if you change the window appearance, it will change the look of your desktop and applications slightly, yes.
also, cozumel explained the taskbar issue better than i did to that should help alot.
