help uninstalling

hey all, was trying to uninstall kaspersky antivirus on a friend's pc{it not an og

} after a while it rolls it self back,ie does not uninstall. when trying to uninstall using the "wmic" it comes ur with an error,

you have uninstalled it from the add/remove programs menu?

well, when you uninstall, it from the add and remove programs menu, it starts to uninstall but after a bit it cancels it-self, rolling back!!!!
