Getting stop errors after deleting virus

So I had a freaking nasty virus, first it wouldn't let me log onto my computer because it deleted one of the log in files, I fixed that and did a virus scan and thought I got it. I didn't. It then caused my computer to just freeze 75% of the time during bootups (I could still move my mouse around but not click anything and the startup programs would just stop loading), also upon bootup I would get a message that said

Quote:
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\ndujupomuk.dll

The specified module could not be found
A google search for this dll filed turned up nothing. Also, my disk defragmenter wasn't working, and when I tried to do a chkdsk it would say that my drive is RAW and it can't do a chkdsk on RAW drives.

So I post this on another forum and get some advice. Multiple virus scans from different virus scanners didn't get at the virus. They told me to try combofix and that finally got some of it. After running combofix my disk defragmentor started working again and it stopped freezing in the middle of bootup.

However, my dskchk still would not work, but it would give me a different message this time. Instead of saying the disk is RAW, it correctly says that the disk type is NTFS. However, it now says that it "cannot open volume for direct access". And to top it off it now tries to run chkdsk upon every bootup!

So I run HijackThis as advised by one of the security people on those forums and come up with this log:

I was then advised to use HijackThis to delete this file:

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: karna.dat,lcpzmn.dll,qxzgbu.dll

So now I don't get those error messages about the dlls anymore and all of my other problems that I had previously fixed remain fixed, except now I freaking get random blue screens of death and my chkdsk still does not work. It still tries to run it on every bootup and fails because it "cannot open volume for direct access." Here is a picture of the BSOD's I get:

I have the minidump files for the blue screens I've gotten and will post them once I figure out how to upload stuff on this forums lol.

I apologize for the long post but I wanted to make sure the information on it was complete! I appreciate any help I get, and I think you can see why I came to driverheaven for help lol.

SO TO SUM IT UP, the two problems that remain in the wake of this killer virus are:

1. Chkdsk tries to run upon every bootup and wont run because it says "cannot open volume for direct access."
2. I get random blue screens of death

EDIT: Alright I'll just use the link from the other forums for the mini dump files.

Re: Getting stop errors after deleting virus

I must had it to you for persevering this far with fixing this issue. Personally i would of sat down with a beer on a saturday night and formatted this long ago, Which is an easy and quick option if you keep backups.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA is really common, and i have found, contrary to google, that its usually a driver issue, and for me its always been with the Video card. Thats not to say its NEVER bad hardware, but ive had it a few times over the years and not at the fault of faulty hardware.
Only advice i can offer is to reformat the disk, and re-install windows. After the ammount of shit your installation has been through, you would probably benefit from it in more ways. If you really cannot format, then i do not have the knowledge to help you, sorry. Hopefully someone here will.

Haha no way did I go through all of that just to end up reformatting! I'm seeing this thing all the way through! If anyone knows how to get at least my chkdsk working I think chkdsk can fix the rest!
