Here is a link, hope it's still up

http://gwbn.onlinedown.net/down/W2KSP3_3.051_en.exe
Regards,
Jerry
also if you install it the easiest way of getting rid of the desktop "for testing bla bla" is
1- Export your registry folder
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertif icates
before theinstallation to your hard drive
2-do not reboot after sp3 install go back to regedit and delete the reg folder you previously
exported
3-import or enter the exported reg folder from your hard drive back to registry
and yes reboot! this way you won't even see it not even once.
Let's see how long before somebody makes a batch file out of this one.

SP3 Beta Release Candidate 3.140 released May 29.
If enyone knows where I can get newer version please mail me.
Try http://tierone.wox.org/other.htm to download.
Some interesting betas here too..(DX9, IE6SP1).
I'm running this beta on my server (~ 200 clients)
and have no problems .
This SP correct some my poblems with Windows Installer,
ATA controller, etc.
Why? Because Micro$oft is evil
P.S. Sorry for my english..

If you don't think so it probably doesn't (in your case that is)
I loaded the SP3 3.150 and it worked without a glitch
