Outlook Express 6 Troubles
I have just installed a clean version of Norton Systemworks 2003 Pro, and NAV works fine. The only problem is that Outlook Express does not want to show up, even though it successfully loads (I can see msimn.exe in the task manager.)
Has anyone ever had this happen? How can I fix it? NOTE: Email scanning is completely turned off in NAV. Thanks for any help on this.

Does Norton System Works include Norton Personal Firewall? If so, I would try and disable the firewall completely and see if it loads.
If that's the case, than it's just that the firewall is getting stuck and Outlook Express 6 won't load due to no internet access.
