i'm looking for download accelerator on GNU or GPL or freeware licence whitout any spy ware or something like that.

This uses wget which is a standard *NIX downloader.
dpilot is a windows gui/interface to wget so it should work nicely

www.downloadaccelerator.com is the best their is, its freeware to use but you have to register $ to get full a couple more features/and the ads removed...It does have adversiment banners but no spyware

Meta has the most powerful download accelerator i've ever seen.... although it's trial 30 days... but that can be change....... (by paying of course)

lused star-downloader or freshdownloader,at moment using leechget 2004.it about the easiest and fastest downloader loader l've used so far
