How do i export / import files from outlook

Hey guys i just installed this new hard drive and i want to export all the messages and settings and contacts from the old hard drive how do i do this?

If your using Winxp you have an option on the system tools to do so...it transfers all your files from one disk to anouther...hope this helps..i never used it so im really not sure it will work...

if you like to have all exactly the same as your old system,
including OE settings, mails, address books, etc..
then you need to backup some registry and the store email folder from the old XP,
and you can import the registry.. into your new XP.
but in order to do this you will need to boot your old HDD and the old XP and do it during windows is running.
